Quick oil service. Only issue is when I got home noticed mechanic never shut the hood to a locked position. Cost over phone wasn’t same as when arrived.

Just had my 2020 TLX in for its first service & it went smoothly. Greeted immediately when entering the service lane, with a masked service associate. He was very friendly.
