Walk in. It's really obvious. Clean! The facility is bar none, the nicest dealership I have ever visited. Well organized, exceptionally well-informed, experienced, polite, professional staff. The cars and salesman Joe Scala were ready when I asked (I test drove two). I called and made an appointment the night before. Everything was done to meet my schedule. I came back the following day to purchase. Joe scheduled financial and technical for me. Very efficient. Also a porter was provided so that I did not have to find a ride to the dealership(I was not trading in a car). There were minor problems with the quality of the cleaning and prep for the car. These were remedied while I took care of paperwork. I hate to mention it because everything else was first class, but it was a disappointment.
Our overall experience was positive! We took our 2012 Acura MDX in for service, as the blower fan would make a humming noise whenever we would turn on the heat. Ed was the Service Manager; he greeted us with a smile a proceeded to check our vehicle in. He advised us that based on his experience, the blower fan was going bad, so he instinctively checked with the parts department to see if they had one local, and when told they would need to order the part, he offered to put us in a loaner while the car was in the shop. While there, we also mentioned that occasionally the steering wheel would make a whistling sound. He suggested that it could be the power steering fluid was low and that he would have it checked. He also looked up our previous maintenance records and saw we needed to replace the tires. However, being frugal consumers, we held off for competitive pricing. Ed not only beat the competitor's price, he also threw in a four-wheel alignment at a reduced price. In summary, we had the blower fan replaced, power steering fluid topped off, 4 new tires, four-wheel alignment, wiper blades replaced, and a brand new 2017 Acura MDX as a loaner.Overall, our Acura MDX was in the shop for a week, while in the shop Ed kept us up to date on the status, and when we could not make it to the dealer to pick up our vehicle, Ed was good about us keeping the loaner and extra day. We are very happy with our Acura MDX, but what really won us over is the professionalism and care we receive every time we take our vehicle in for service. Great job!
Called Phillip and settled on a payment. When I got there which was two hour drive payment was exactly what we talked about. So many times in the past with different dealers the payment would be $100 more than what we talked about.
